The Fort McMurray Pottery Guild is a non-profit organization founded in 1983 for the purpose of promoting clay arts. The pottery studio is a place for our members and students to share ideas and techniques and to explore the craft of pottery.  Our skills range from the beginning to the expert level.

Empty Bowls Festival

The Fort McMurray Potter's Guild president, Michelle (right) presented a donation of $260.00 to Amanda Holloway (left) who is the Executive Director of the Centre of Hope. The money was raised by raffle donations to win one of three pottery baskets, donated by guild members, at our recent Spring Sale.

We are proud to be a part of this year's Wood Buffalo Food Bank event "Empty Bowls". Our members have been working for months creating the beautiful and unique bowls featured at the event. Last year was a huge success. Please come to the event and support our local Food Bank while enjoying some tasty food and hand made bowls.
Also be sure to check out our booth at the event where other pottery items will be for sale.
We hope to see you there!

Our next pottery sale will be held  in November. The exact date will be updated as the sale nears.
